Lead Home Health Aide
The W Group Assisted Living Facility is looking to hire a Lead Home Health Aides. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate that is committed to both employee and resident satisfaction.
In this important role the chosen candidate will coach and support all home health-aides to ensure the schedule and plan of care is adhered to at all times.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Aide supervision: assist in preparing the weekly schedule and monitoring all Home Health Aides attendance and performance
Collect and review duty sheets
Collect and review toileting duty sheets
Accompany residents on when needed
Monitor the shower and laundry schedule
Ensure proper documentation takes place at all times
Assist with orienting new aide
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with scheduling and supervising direct care staffRecent Physical, including a drug screen, PPD, and Rubella and Rubeola Titers
Ability to arrive timely with a self-driven and positive attitude
Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
