Job Summary :
Supports mission critical business applications. Provides the detailed analysis required to resolve user problems, answer questions in line with company best practice and fulfills data requests.
Responsibilities :
- Business Applications : Provides administration support associated with the new hire onboarding process and changes to existing user accounts. Documents all communication with client and colleagues within the IT helpdesk ticketing system. Provides quality assurance checks for setup by other team members.
- Knowledgebase Documentation : Develops and maintains user documentation, including instructional videos, on best practices, new features and development initiatives.
- System Enhancements : Supports the implementation and upgrade to business applications.
- Documentation : Documents all discovered needs, requests and issues, resolutions, and solutions. Reports regularly on work complete and status of assigned tasks.
- Mentoring : Supports new team members to achieve training goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights. Identifies and communicates training challenges to supervisor or manager.
