What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relationship Specialist position at THE WALDINGER CORPORATION?
The Waldinger Corporation, a growing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is adding a Client Relationship Specialist to our Service Department! Under the supervision of the Regional Operations Manager, this role provides client support with the goal of increasing the client relationship with service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for house clients. Maintains scheduled client contact with clear communication on demand service, pending quotes, and scheduled maintenance. Notifies Service Manager of any service issues.
- Maintains house service agreements verifying deliverables are met. Updates all changes with client needs data in Penta. Maintains an accurate materials and checklists required for quality client service.
- Assists in gathering information from service technicians, accurately prepares and logs quotes, and acquiring client approval in a timely manner.
- Keeps electronic job files updated as to the completion of work and time and material used. Reviews open work orders for house clients with the Service Manager weekly.
- Assists in the procurement of parts and tools for house clients. Performs necessary follow-up for timely delivery. Is familiar with equipment, parts, and suppliers.
- Provides necessary support functions for house clients such as issuing P.O.s, material control forms, and assigning job numbers.
- Facilitates the onboarding process for new house accounts by scheduling turnover meetings and ensuring clients' expectations are clear and communicated to the operations team.
- Builds positive relationships and cultivates teamwork. Works in cooperation with teammates to achieve company goals.
- Has a clear understanding of the company’s goals, objectives, and standards. Inspires other team members to work effectively to accomplish goals, objectives and meet performance standards. Sets an example of a strong work ethic, and proper conduct with teammates and clients. Maintains appropriate conduct while under pressure and crisis.
- Maintains legal and ethical standards. Projects a proper image while representing the company.
- Performs other duties as may be required.
Requirements:
- Field or office experience in HVAC/R
- Excellent Customer Service skills
