The Regional Service Manager manages administrative and operations activities to support the successful growth and profitability of our service business across multiple branch locations. This position provides experienced professionals the chance to advance their careers with a stable and growing family-owned company.
Duties:
- Research and identify emerging and growing HVAC/R markets for TWC Services. Develop strategies to attain new business.
- Build long-term relationships in order to retain customers
- Achieve KPI goals for profitability (and earn a strong bonus!)
- Promote our strong organizational culture of safety through continuous coaching, motivating and setting clear expectations. Maintain OSHA Recordable Incident Rate goal.
- Attracts, hires, and retains employee talent. Directs and develops existing employees.
- Performs other job-related duties including, but not limited to, budget management, collections oversight and the continual review of capital assets and investments.
Requirements:
- High level of technical knowledge
- 10 years industry or related experience preferred
- Ability to travel to branches as needed
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Proficient with a PC and personal electronics such as an Ipad
- Excellent interpersonal Skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational ability
