Afternoon Kindergarten Assistant
Take joy in supporting the magic of childhood! The Waldorf School of Saratoga Springs is seeking an afternoon Kindergarten Assistant for the 2025-2026 school year. Successful applicants will be creative, nurturing individuals who have experience working with children. A love of the outdoors is essential, as a significant portion of each day is spent outside at our beautiful Forest Kindergarten campus, which offers classrooms located in a farmhouse and trails for play and exploration on 30 acres of state park land and forest.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate an interest in Waldorf education and the ability to work closely under the guidance of the lead teachers.
Responsibilities include supporting the lead teacher and children with rest times, cleanup and aftercare from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
