What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Person position at The Waldwin Group?
The Maintenance Person is a key job that follows a set schedule to maintain the various facilities to ensure a a clean, safe and sanitized environment. This position requires light carpentry, painting, cleaning, maintaining and making small repair jobs on machinery in a multi-unit retail and real estate work environment. A valid driver's license is required. The right candidate will work well independently and with a team. If you are trustworthy, mechanically inclined and enjoy working with your hands this is a great opportunity. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week
