Disney’s Corporate Alliances team develops and holistically manages complex, long-term, multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. Corporate Alliances is dedicated to driving incremental value for TWDC and its Partners through development of innovative marketing and sponsorship programs, management of partner and business unit relationships, and creation of new partnerships aligned with TWDC’s businesses and strategic goals.
The Alliance Promotions team’s role is critical in helping secure and protect key renewals and fees from Alliance Partners. This team manages the development and execution of high-quality, co-branded marketing campaigns across multiple distribution channels for a robust portfolio of partners.
The Partnership Marketing Manager will work closely with Corporate Alliances’ Creative teams, key business stakeholders across The Walt Disney Company, and external alliance partners to drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
- Project manage large-scale and global multi-platform partner marketing programs; these are mass-reach consumer campaigns with retail executions, and may span multiple months / years.
- Project management responsibilities include : Routing creative assets for approvalsTracking lists of deliverablesTracking timelines for internal and external reviews / approvalsCollecting, organizing, and communicating stakeholder feedbackCapturing and distributing meeting notesElevating to leadership potential issues / inconsistencies across retailer and regional marketing executions
- Maintain strong relationships with internal creative team, key Disney LOB stakeholders, and key external stakeholders at partner companies.
- Travel required less than 5% of the time.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $107,300 to $126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
