What You Will Do
- Partner in the creative design of project plans for enterprise initiatives that will shape our talent strategy frameworks across Talent Management.
- Collaborate with team members to create, design, and develop innovative talent management products that are visually appealing and practical for our leaders and employees around the globe.
- Conduct research on best practices in Skills Management & Talent Planning and contribute to the development of new strategies.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Talent Management programs and initiatives including Performance Management, Talent Planning & Skills Management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and programs.
- Enrolled in a Graduate program related to HR field
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and comfort with ambiguity
