What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window and Door Installer/Contractor position at The Warren Agency, LLC DBA: GRV Renovations?
** You must have your own business, contractor license, and insurance.
**You must have an EPA lead-safe renovator certificate, or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.
Duties:
· Installation of windows and doors.
· Meet with customers in their homes.
· Measure Window and Door jobs for ordering products.
- Measure doors and windows for orders
Skills:
· Understanding of all types of Window and Door Installations.
· Ability to install Windows and Doors properly.
· Ability to use a computer.
· Ability to discuss installation options with clients.
Requirements:
- Must have adequate tools and proper vehicle to pick up products.
-Must have a Class A, B, or C Virginia State Contractors Licenses
-Must have adequate General Liability Insurance
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome installation challenges
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
