What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window and Door Installer/Sub Contractor position at The Warren Agency, LLC DBA: GRV Renovations?
** You must have your own business, contractor license, and insurance.
**You must have an EPA lead-safe renovator certificate, or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.
Duties:
- Installation of Windows and Doors in residential homes.
- Meet with customers in their homes.
- Measure windows and doors for ordering products.
Skills:
- Understanding of all types of Window and Door Installations.
- Ability to install Windows and Doors properly.
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to discuss installation options with clients.
Requirements:
- Must have adequate tools and a proper vehicle to pick up products.
- Must have a Class A, B, or C Virginia State Contractors License.
- Must have adequate General Liability Insurance.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills to overcome installation challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
