Fabrication Sales Support

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer support to the sales team, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders
• Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure orders are accurately produced and delivered on time
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and order status in the company's CRM system
• Assist with preparing and reviewing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications related to fabrication projects
• Communicate with customers regarding lead times, order progress, and any issues or changes
• Support the sales team in identifying and following up on potential leads
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Skills

· Minimum of three years of experience in steel fabrication manufacturing

· Proficient in blue print reading required

· Experience in CAD-CAM drawing systems preferred, Solid Works 3D is a plus

· Experience with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook

· Ability to multi task

· Strong willingness to learn

· Work well within a group setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
