Job Description :
We are seeking skilled and compassionate massage therapists to provide exceptional guest experiences. This role involves tailoring treatments to each guest’s needs, ensuring relaxation and rejuvenation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform a variety of signature massages (30-90 minutes), including couples' massages, following company protocols.
Deliver exfoliating body treatments and body masks per established guidelines.
Complete services efficiently within designated timeframes.
Provide a welcoming and hospitable experience for every guest.
Maintain accurate and organized treatment records.
Keep treatment areas clean and compliant with company and Iowa Board sanitation standards.
Assist with laundry and general spa upkeep.
Support front desk operations, including phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
Promote spa services to hotel guests and the local community, including participation in spa events and wellness classes.
