OVERVIEW
The Guest Experience Associate handles all front desk operations at the Inn at the WAC, representing the organization to Members and Guests. The role supports the WAC's mission by ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing complaints, and offering current information and referrals.
We are seeking a Guest Experience Associate for the 3 PM - 11 PM shift.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet Members and Guests, assist with registrations, bell services, directions, and address their needs
- Respond to requests for information about the Seattle area, providing directions and making reservations as needed
- Handle front desk billing, payments, cashier duties, and accounting tasks, including audits and reports
- Maintain up-to-date front desk and customer service skills, stay informed about community events, industry practices, and trends, and adhere to WAC policies
- Work with Inn at the WAC team members to market, promote, and enhance programs and services
- Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset
PAY INFORMATION
- Pay: $23.70/hour
