Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of investment support to selected Portfolio Managers
- Play integral role in EVERYTHING investments, compliance, and reporting
- Prioritize and deliver on client requests in a timely manner - ensuring accuracy from inception to completion
- Comprehensive and proven technical proficiency across multiple software platforms
- Develop and enhance Excel and analytical reporting
- Prepare client-facing presentations for meetings, customized exhibits, and performance analytics
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with members of other areas of the bank to best service clients and their financial needs
- Place trades and Process cash movement (receipts, disbursements, transfers) with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
- Solve complex and impromptu matters that can require out-of-the box thinking
- Serve as coverage for Portfolio Managers and Trust Officers while at meetings or when out of office
- Coordinate communication with outside professionals (i.e. accountants, estate attorneys) for enhanced client service deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Progress towards CFA designation or comparable industry designation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis tools.
