The Lead Med Tech is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the overall care, organization, cleanliness and resident engagement in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Our Lead Med Tech will possess leadership characteristics while supervising caregivers and providing hands-on care, activities and tasks to our residents. Reviews and implements policies, standards, services and procedures. Takes part in implementing resident service plans to ensure directives are followed pursuant to State Standards. Participates in staff and administrative meeting and in-service training. Maintains medical records, logs and prescription medication records in accordance to Watermark’s policy and state standards. Participate in staff training, retention and learning records. Reports unusual incidents, concerns and all resident incidents within requite time-frames.
What you will need for this position:
- 1 years in a lead/supervisory role
- 3 years caregiving experience in a community
- Able to work weekends
- Participate in the On-Call rotation
