The Nursing Assistant (NA) (CNA) or (RA)provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The NA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designated
- Assist residents in dining
- Provide homemaking tasks
- Respond to and report changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care
- Complete thorough daily charting
Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred
