Waxing Specialist

The Wax Pot needs one Waxing Specialist that is experienced with hard wax. We are a thriving family-owned waxing salon that pride ourselves in offering the best quality waxing experience available in St. Petersburg, FL and our reputation and google reviews prove it. We are looking to hire one experienced Waxing Specialist that takes pride in offering quality services . This is a great opportunity for a professional looking to build clientele quickly.

Expected to:

• Provide body waxing services that adhere to the highest quality of services offered (We are not a speed waxing facility. We focus on quality services).
• Have a Cosmetologist or Esthetician License in the state of Florida.
• Utilize excellent interpersonal skills that make clients feel proud to use our services while creating memorable lasting impressions for our clients.
• Educate clients on the hair growth process, best aftercare practices and offer additional services and products that best fit the needs of the individual.
• Inform guests of promotions and packages.
• Be self-motivated and work well independently in a team environment.
• Comfortable performing all facial and body waxing services
• Flexible, availability to work on weekends
• Enthusiastic, upbeat and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Be dependable and understand the importance of having client’s booked
• Sales experience preferred

Starting pay: Starting guarantee $10 per hour plus 5% Commission on Services and 10% on Products. Option to switch to higher Commission only scale once confident it is beneficial to you.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
