About the Role:
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service will directly impact our clients' special days. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Manage a high volume of calls and email inquiries efficiently and couteously.
- Perfomr general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, research, and scheduling.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Utilize software programs such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva for various tasks.
- After training, officiate brief, in-office elopement-style wedding ceremonies.
- Assist with social media management, including content creation, posting staff schedules, and engaging with followers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic social media marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Comfort and willingness to officiate brief wedding ceremonies after training.
