Branch Office Manager– Duluth, MN

This firm offers holistic financial planning with an innovative team approach to empower their clients to focus on their Live Greatly™. The Branch Office Manager role involves maintaining relationships with clients to help them understand their financial plan and how it works to achieve their goals in purposeful ways. As the representative and voice delivering the firm's plan, the DLH Branch Office Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in Client Operations & Planning to ensure an all-encompassing client experience, with a strong emphasis on our collaborative team approach.

Be ready to join a team that practices what they preach with their collaborative approach. This includes a marketing team for provided leads, a financial planning team for support, an operations staff, and more located in their Shoreview office while you manage the Duluth location.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive an exceptional client experience in all aspects of the relationship
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of clients to achieve growth and retention objectives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to enhance Net Promoter Score (NPS) and generate referrals
  • Ensure adherence to quality metrics to maintain high standards of client service
  • Develop and maintain a culture of results-oriented, continuous process improvement to achieve optimal solutions
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, test new offerings, and enhance the overall client experience
  • Lead and Manage Branch team Members
  • Meet one-on-one with company leads from seminars, marketing efforts, and referrals, as well as existing clients.

  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience within the financial services industry, with 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Series 65 license and Life and Health insurance license required
  • Benefits :

  • First year pay ranges from $150,000 - $200,000
  • This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus driven by organization and individual performance
  • W2 salary position with room for growth
  • 401k plan with an employer matching schedule
