Main Accountabilities:
- Accounting: Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Job Costing: Manage and track job costing to ensure project profitability and adherence to budgets
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports to leadership, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards
- Payroll: Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
- Audit Management: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records and certificates are accurate and compliant with regulatory and insurance requirements
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable (AR/AP): Supervise the management of AR and AP, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments
- Cash-Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs
- Forecasting: Lead financial forecasting efforts, providing accurate predictions of the company's financial future to support strategic planning
