- Operate and Maintain : Manage 10 to 15 injection and blow molding machines, ensuring peak performance and quality standards.
- Set Up and Adjust : Configure machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment according to safety and productivity guidelines.
- Diagnose and Repair : Identify equipment issues, perform repairs, and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate : Work with production teams to maximize machine utilization and labor efficiency.
- Train and Lead : Mentor material handlers and maintenance helpers in best practices and safety.
