The WellRock is looking for a passionate and driven fitness professional who is looking to grow and develop as a high quality coach!
This is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in everything strength training related with an emphasis in developing strong attention to detail and high quality movement standards.
Our clients are mostly 40 and have been with us for years so we want someone who will invest in their growth as much as we will invest in you. We provide the program structure, you just have to implement it! Our classes are capped at 11 people and we take an attentive, personalized approach in our guidance and instruction.

The WellRock experience specializes in strength training utilizing progressive overload. We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands with a focus on high quality movement standards.
Responsibilities
- Teach 4 - 8 classes a week with opportunity to grow
- Pre-class prep (review exercises, demos, and regressions)
- Explain, demonstrate and lead group classes. Ability to modify exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels while maintaining movement standards.
- Create fun and empowering environment for all members
- Build positive relationships with members
- Participate in staff meetings
- Opportunity to grow personal training clientele once Group Classes established
Qualifications
- 1 years experience teaching groups or personal training. A valid certification in fitness plus any specialty certifications like FRC, Chek, OPEX, RKC, and Strong First are a plus.
- CPR/AED certification
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Positive, passionate, and possesses a growth mindset
- Supportive, caring and great with people
- Great attention to detail and adaptable
- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of position
Schedule
- Tue, Wed, Thu 5pm - 7pm
- Sunday 8:30am - 10:30am
Salary
- Depends on experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
