The Sr Specialist- International Digital Content supports the development of high-impact marketing plans with a special focus on digital integration and social media content management for Asia Pacific markets. Work in partnership with Marketing Manager, Restaurant Support Center and Franchisee Marketing teams to identify and align digital strategies to increase sales and transactions year-on-year. Supports the execution of brand standard consumer facing digital assets such as websites, kiosks, mobile applications and social media channels. Monitors market activation of digital channels to ensure creative aligns with the overall brand initiatives in the markets. As needed will support Regional Marketing Manager on a project specific basis. Overall success will be measured by improvements in sales, customer counts, development (new restaurant growth) cadence of growth and profitability for the system.
Responsibilities
Ensures delivery and execution of international branded digital assets to support paid media campaigns in partnership with brand marketing, external agencies and other partners for a consistent consumer journey and experience across channels. Produces recommendations based on analysis and relationship management of the above-mentioned partners to deliver content in parallel with country marketing calendar needs.
Implement digital strategies in close partnership with product owners in the International Digital team, as well as marketing leads and technology stakeholders and developers. Identify improvement areas and content opportunities and support development of targeted and personalized consumer experiences across owned digital platforms starting with .com, kiosks, and eventual mobile apps of the markets.
Monitor digital creative content, social media content and community management to ensure it is supporting brand initiatives in respect with country calendars and maintained accurately and efficiently.
Guide and support franchisees in delivering digital marketing activities and improve overall digital literacy and capabilities. Conduct regular meetings to evaluate results of digital marketing activities, including assessment of media plans.
Support AP marketing manager in implementing annual brand plans within Asia Pacific including management of country marketing calendars and product or promotional launches.
Creation and customization of assets to match specific digital channels and country specific needs in conjunction with marketing strategies
Identify data gaps and lead improvements with agency partners for asset creation and data management
Tracking spend and performance of digital marketing activities
Education: Bachelors Degree
Additional education information (major, etc.): Communications, IT, or Marketing/Digital Marketing
Strong background in technology and working with a development team, digital marketing, mobile, troubleshooting, digital asset development with experience with digital platforms preferred.
3-5 years of relative work experience in strategic development of program/creative management for a digitally focused company or agency, including experience with evaluating and approving digital content
Experience with Content Management Systems, including documenting processes and assessing or selecting systems and incorporating SEO. Experience in management of social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, X, digital messaging apps.
Strong project management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Pay Range: SGD 74,000 - SGD 126,000 Annually
