Now Hiring: Hotel Housekeeping Support (Full-Time)
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202
Pay Rate: $15.20 per hour
Work Environment: On-site
Join our hospitality team and help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and vendors. We're seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support our housekeeping operations.
Job Purpose
To support housekeeping operations and maintain the building’s cleanliness to ensure a safe and positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock linen closets with supplies and amenities for room attendants
- Collect soiled linen and trash from housekeeping carts
- Clean walls, mirrors, guest room doors, and elevator doors in public areas
- Vacuum, sweep, or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers
- Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned
- Comply with attendance and reliability expectations
- Assist coworkers and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous hotel experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move objects up to 100 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and adapt communication style as needed
