Pay Rate: $15.20 per hour

We are looking for a Room Service Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment for all hotel guests.
Job Purpose
Ensure guest rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained in accordance with hotel standards, contributing to a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities as needed
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a tidy appearance
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care tasks
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Assist with laundry duties as required
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management of low stock
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous housekeeping or room service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different communication styles
