The Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellence in each guest interaction to ensure guests enjoy their meeting, conference, or event. Whether setting up a coffee or break station, dinning tables specific the the event order "BEO", cleaning event and work areas, or communicating with the kitchen or other team members each interaction should be made to feel like part of the service while ensuring application of company policy, procedures, and hotel service standards.
