Join our team as a Food & Beverage Manager and take charge of our vibrant Clark Street Taphouse & Grill, where culinary excellence and top-notch service meet. We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual who can inspire a team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant. Looking for a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, developing menus, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Train and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Implement inventory control measures and manage food preparation processes.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs.
- Proficient in menu planning and development.
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
