Responsibilities:
- Expertly shuck oysters in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
- Educate guests about oyster varieties and pairings to enhance their dining experience.
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation.
- Assist with setup and maintenance of the raw bar station, ensuring all tools and supplies are clean and ready.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Oyster Shucker or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of oyster varieties and preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
