The Role at a Glance
We’re looking for a self-starting Business Development Manager who thrives on the hunt. Your focus will be securing new accounts, identifying market trends, and managing a robust sales pipeline from first contact to close. You’ll work closely with our internal sales teams to align strategy and execution in a dynamic and competitive industry.
What You'll Be Driving
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients

- Maintain a high-quality pipeline and keep deals moving forward
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role
- Experience prospecting and closing new business
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business development platforms
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including some overnights

- Background in wheels, tires, or the automotive aftermarket
- Experience developing strategic partnerships or alliances
- A proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets

Pay: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
