The Role at a Glance
We’re looking for a self-starting Business Development Manager who thrives on the hunt. Your focus will be securing new accounts, identifying market trends, and managing a robust sales pipeline from first contact to close. You’ll work closely with our internal sales teams to align strategy and execution in a dynamic and competitive industry.

What You'll Be Driving

  • Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify high-growth markets and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teammates to align strategy and execution
  • Maintain a high-quality pipeline and keep deals moving forward

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 years in business development, sales, or a related role
  • Experience prospecting and closing new business
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and business development platforms
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including some overnights

Bonus Points if You Bring

  • Background in wheels, tires, or the automotive aftermarket
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships or alliances
  • A proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market and sales data
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
