As a part of our Studio team, Photographers are responsible for ensuring the capture and upload of image assets for e-commerce and marketing use according to our standards for quality. Our mission is to hire talented photographers who are passionate about their work and eager to hone their skills.
Charlotte Only
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shooting apparel in accordance with our web standards
Quality checking un-edited selects captured by photographers for PDP, ensuring standards are met and providing callouts when necessary
Assigning tasks to photographers and keeping track of performance numbers
Collaborating with our E-comm Manager and Editors to maintain and update processes
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with DSLR / Mirrorless camera systems (required)
Experience with studio lighting equipment (preferred)
Experience using backdrops, mannequins, and other such equipment (preferred)
Experience using cloud-based storage applications (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.)
Strong organization and communication skills, with close attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Ability to multitask and make changes and improvements to systems on the fly
Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships

Adobe Photoshop (required)
Adobe Bridge (preferred)
Adobe Lightroom (preferred)
Capture One (preferred)

The physical requirements may include but are not limited to standing, walking, squatting, lifting, and bending. Previous experience within a photographic studio environment is not required but preferred.
