E-commerce Studio Assistant (Full Time)

We are looking for an E-commerce Studio Assistant to provide internal support to the E-commerce team. Candidates with strong organizations skills who can move in a fast-paced environments are highly recommended to apply. You will help support the e-commerce team with studio production for product shots and creative production. You will assist in maintaining proper organization of incoming apparel, footwear and accessories.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logging apparel, accessories, footwear incoming in a timely manner
- Preparing product for e-commerce product shots
- Maintain studio inventory Excel sheet with the accurate information for photographer, editors and web team.
- Maintain apparel bags tags properly labeled and organized
- Assist in any studio productions as help is needed
- Maintaining clear communication with managers on incoming brands
- Repackage apparel accurately back in bags upon creative studio use
