THIS IS AN OVERNIGHT POSITION
The White Hart Inn is searching for a detail-oriented full-time Night Front Desk Agent who responsible for providing superior guest satisfaction while attending to guest needs such as check-in/check-outs, reservations, and answering guest questions and needs. The Night Auditor should enjoy working independently and possess problem solving skills as well as the ability to make decisions. This individual will be performing the responsibilities for front desk during the late evening and early morning hours. Highly organized individuals would thrive in this position. This position works an 11pm to 7am shift.
Job functions will include:
•Responding to guest requests and inquiries
•Assisting guests with arrival and departure
•Taking, modifying, and canceling guest reservations
•Answering the front desk phone
Availability to work holidays and weekends is required.
