The Whitestone Group Inc. is an industry leading security company providing services to the U.S. Government with an international presence. The company is currently seeking to hire a Program Manager for a federal contract.

The Project Manager is the Chief Administrator responsible for the overall supervision, management and evaluation of all personnel assigned to this contract. Full authority to act on behalf of his/her company at the locations specified under this contract, he/she will accomplish this by planning, directing and organizing any and all facets of their contractual responsibilities.
- At a minimum, the Project Manager (PM) shall possess Five years of Supervisory experience. Two years of Law Enforcement Experience. Five years of experience as an Alarm Monitor/Emergency Dispatcher. Authorized to use NCIC, RILETS, NLETS, and CPIC. Computer literate and proficient with diverse systems to include Microsoft, Excel. Possess a valid Secret Clearance. Strong interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
Project Manager (PM):
- Position – Project Manager (PM)
- Duties:
- Key personnel with complete authority to act for the Contractor during the term of the contract and serve as main point of contact to federal government client
- Authority to accept notices of deductions, inspection reports, and all other correspondence on behalf of the Contractor
- Notify the COR of any alterations in duty schedule (i.e., late arrival, off-site for transport of Mobile Unit for repair or servicing, absences of short duration for personal reasons)
- Manging Alarm Monitors
- Ensure all supervisors administer and certify that guard force has received all required contractor and government orientations
- Attend a daily meeting (Monday through Friday) with federal government client representative
- Arrange for targeted government-requested drug screenings
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned to ensure efficient and effective delivery of contract tasks and requirements for federal government client
- Qualifications:
- Possess a valid US driver's license and Social Security card
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to meet and deal with the general public, speak English fluently, read and comprehend written English, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Maintain poise and self-control under stress
- Maintain a vaild Secret Clearance
- Be a US citizen
- Be at least 21 years old
- Ability to successfully manage 25 persons in a structured work environment
- Minimum five years of specialized experience (i.e., project development and implementation from inspection to deployment; expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms; demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of various types)
- Demonstrate capability to maintain an efficient work force while supporting the agency's security objectives and maintaining continuous liaison with the occupant agency
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of law enforcement, security, military, or business management
- Demonstrate characteristics and traits needed to work well with federal government staff
- Be neat in appearance and grooming standards, as well as be mentally and physically able to perform the duties and responsibilities of the job, including responding to emergency situations when necessary
- Ability to successfully complete required training and orientation courses, as well as possess the ability to deliver training or orientation to subordinate guard force and supervisory staff

Pay: $31.28 per hour
