Provides technical support for our ERP software and other business systems applications. Aids in all areas of applications including troubleshooting, testing, design and analysis. Analyze and assist with new process and/or software improvements. Work closely with our ERP software provider to resolve issues and program enhancements.

Provides technical support for our ERP software and other business systems applications. Aids in all areas of applications including troubleshooting, testing, design and analysis. Analyze and assist with new process and/or software improvements. Work closely with our ERP software provider to resolve issues and program enhancements.
Primary Duties:
- Learn functionality of ERP system, as well as Whiting-Turner business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries via email and phone
- Provide insight and training to employees regarding our ERP software
- Analyze and escalate change requests for ERP system
- Analyze and escalate custom reporting and analytics requests
- Analyze and assist with implementing new enhancements and functionality to our ERP software
- Work with our ERP software provider to troubleshoot issue and enhancements
- Communicate updates, changes and issues internally within our application group
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in MS O365, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Focus on quality and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to review, test and document programming fixes and enhancements
- Understanding of ERP application and functional requirements
- Must have college degree, preferably a B.S. Information Systems.
- Experience support ERP applications
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing software
- Experience with Oracle and/or MS SQL databases
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of construction industry
