Job Overview

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent service, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and payment transactions accurately.
- Assist in food preparation when necessary, collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Upsell premium drinks and menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and special promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local regulations.
