CARETAKER NEEDED IN THE NORTH HOUSTON/WILLIS AREA for 40 acres, animals, and three Airbnb homes. We are a Non-Profit Animal Rescue & Sanctuary. You can learn more by visiting www.thewildflowerranchtx.com and www.jakeshouseofanimalrescue.org.
Requirements: experience caring for dogs, horses, sheep, and experience with mowing, weeding, fencing and general maintenance. Skills in communicating with the property owner, other employees, and guests. Effective communicators who are able to stay calm and patient under pressure.
RV accommodation will be provided, with utilities covered. An additional stipend will be based on the initial two months in the position.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management, including guest communications.
- Assist with mowing and upkeep of outdoor areas, ensuring a well-maintained environment for residents.
- Assist with maintaining all areas of the property.
