We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our RV Park location, including managing office staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and other ancillary employees.
- Provide support to office staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and other ancillary employees.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to office procedures and processes.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and training seasonal camp workers and interns.
- Monitor and maintain office, resale, asset, equipment, and supply inventory.
- Participate in creating, directing, and executing RVP sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the office and storage areas.
- Respond promptly to company calls, including prioritization of service requests and schedules.
- Draft, assign, and document service requests/work orders efficiently, courteously, and in a timely manner.
- Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
