- Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a medical records nurse or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical record-keeping standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
