Together we are searching for an Assistant Director of Residential Services to join their team at their Paramus, NJ location.
Requirements:
- Preview, oversee and participate in resident Individualized Service Plans (ISP’s), serving as a member of an I.D.T. and ensuring that resident needs and preferences are properly addressed, and plans are appropriately implemented, monitored, and revised as needs dictate.
- Assist in overseeing residential staff needs, including, but not limited to, utilization, recruitment, orientation, supervision, training, and development as needed.
- Aid and support the home and apartment managers to resolve coverage and related staffing issues.
- Assist with the processing and overseeing of various forms of program documentation to ensure compliance with company policy and various federal, state, and local requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College degree in Social Work, Vocational Rehabilitation, Special Education or Psychology is preferred.
- 5 years of experience working with DD population in a managerial capacity.

Compensation: $130k-$150k based on experience.
