Together we are searching for a Warehouse Manager to join their team, this is a full-time, on-site position at their Kearny, NJ location. The compensation for this position is $95k-$105k based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage warehouse & inventory supervisors and staff.
- Supervise the accurate receipt of all arriving goods.
- Compile and issue required reports, including inventory, dead stock, goods age, and consumption.
- Monitor the quantity and quality of commodities stored.
- Carry out regular physical random warehouse checks of commodities and inventory.
- Maintain housekeeping of the warehouse and surrounding area.
- Assess the availability of space and prepare stacking/storage plans before commodities' arrival.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse Management in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 Standards, Lean Manufacturing and Logistics principles.
- Proficient in analyzing and designing supply chain solutions with strong information systems orientation.
- Solid computer skills in MS Office, Outlook, and SAP a plus.
