Who our client is:
Our client is a leading global manufacturer, importer, and distributor of physical security systems for critical national infrastructure projects, including data centers, utilities, and transportation hubs. Together, we are searching for a Regional Financial Controller to join their team at their Parsippany, NJ location.
Requirements:
- Oversee regional accounting, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and WIP (work-in-progress) reporting.
- Manage and oversee regional Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
- Conduct contractual reviews of Master Supply Agreements, Project Contracts, Purchase Orders, and Vendor Agreements, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the US region, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and corporate reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Construction or project-based accounting and finance experience required.
- Strong knowledge of lien waivers, joint check agreements, and contract finance.
- Experience in contractual review, financial risk assessment, and mitigation strategies related to project-based business models.
- Hands-on experience managing insurance policies, risk assessment, etc
Compensation, Benefits, Perks:
Compensation: $160k-$175k based on experience.
