3-5 Years Experience QuickBooks Online
Job Description:
- Adding new employees
- Payroll- validating time sheets, processing payroll
- Processing Contributions- 401k, Medical Benefits, etc.
- Invoicing- validating and submitting client invoices
- Bank & Credit Card Transaction validation and Account reconciliations
- Expense reporting- review and processing of employee expense reports through Expensify
- Various reporting requests and client report requirements
