DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYEnvironmental Designs LLC is seeking an Estimator for our Commercial Landscape Construction Department. We are seeking a candidate that is very detailed oriented. This position provides the ability to work remotely.DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESSolicit, Track and Download Project Documents. Review specifications and drawings and conduct take-offs. Prepare Estimates and send Proposals / Bid Forms and Value Engineering. Tracking bids sent and conducting follow ups. receiving quotes from vendors for materials and material ordering. Track estimated hours, material and labor vs. actual. Contract negotiation, procurement processes. Submittals, Closeouts, RFI’s, CHRO documents, etc Pricing and Tracking Change Orders. Maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. Work closely with project manager for job progress, material tracking / ordering. Assisting with other documentation requests as need be.
