Duties
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through warm calling and networking within the market.
- Own a laptop/ computer
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions in the market.
