We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, focusing on managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and effectively addressing concerns through various channels of communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8, both in person and over the phone.
- Engage prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to drive business growth.
- Develop expertise in Geotech's comprehensive line of technology and equipment.
- Address sales inquiries from prospective customers.
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify potential clients, understand their projects, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Manage client engagement throughout the sales cycle from initiation to closure.
- Maintain a sales pipeline for follow-up on quotes.
- Update and manage the CRM to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training through third-party resources.
- Proven background in sales, preferably in B2B, retail, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- Independent and self-motivated, with a professional demeanor when handling inquiries.
- Excellent organizational skills to navigate CRM systems efficiently.
- Collaborative team player capable of assisting colleagues as needed.
- Relevant experience in customer service and sales roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

Compensation And Benefits
- Pay range: \(25.00 - \)30.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
- Expected working hours: 20-40 hours per week.
