Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints across various communication platforms.
- Assist walk-in clients at our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8, both in person and via phone.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to promote our services.
- Develop expertise in our extensive line of medical technologies and equipment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Facilitate sales by responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain a sales pipeline of quotes and ensure timely follow-up.
- Update and manage the CRM system to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training to continuously improve skills through external resources.
- A proven background in B2B, retail, or call center sales, demonstrating a passion for customer engagement.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM or database software, with solid organizational capabilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.
- A collaborative team player who is willing to support colleagues as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience (B2B, retail, call center, etc.).
- Experience with CRM or database management software.
