Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients visiting our Denver headquarters with equipment pickups and drop-offs.
- Process orders for clients in EPA Region 8, both in person and via phone.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients in EPA Region 8 to drive business growth.
- Develop expertise in Geotech's extensive lineup of technology and equipment.
- Address sales inquiries from potential customers promptly.
- Foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs, understand their projects, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Engage with clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Maintain a pipeline of quotes for timely follow-up.
- Update and optimize the CRM to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in sales training through external resources.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B, retail, or call center sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with customers.
- Independent work ethic, with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Organizational skills for managing extensive CRM contacts and outreach campaigns.
