Onsite role in Grand Rapids Michigan salary is 110-130k per year

Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate financial statements for Grand Rapids Operations.

- Analyze and compile financial information to create journal entries for various accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions like sales and cash receipts.

- Assess financial data, including assets, liabilities, and capital, to generate reports summarizing the company's current and projected financial position, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.

- Streamline manual accounting processes through automation when appropriate.

- Develop budgets and forecasts, and analyze actual performance against them.

- Coordinate and manage the year-end audit process, ensuring compliance and maintaining a robust control environment.

- Supervise payroll processing and reconcile payroll general ledger accounts.

- Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) personnel, as well as related transaction cycles.

Requirements:

- Possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field.

- Hold at least 5 years of controller/Accounting and Finance exp in an engineering/manufacturing setting

- Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of management experience.

- Exhibit familiarity with the percentage of completion (POC) accounting method.

- Display exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership, and establish valuable relationships.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and manage across different organizational levels and remote locations.

- Embody a high level of integrity, dependability, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
