We are seeking an experienced full-time or part-time Assistant retail and online store manager to join our team! This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be responsible for assisting the store manager with a wide range of activities including managing store floor staff, merchandising, and managing the online store.
Responsibilities:
- Manage floor sales staff and personnel schedules
- Merchandising, stocking, and floor operations
- Manage customers and resolve customer issues
- Create and coordinate marketing advertising, store and community events
- Manage website, online store, and social media platforms
- Assist customers, wrap, and provide full cycle sales service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail and customer service tailored to children, families, community
- Proficient in MS office tools (word, excel)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
- Background or interest in web tools and on-line sales and e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage individuals and programs
- High School graduate minimum
Salary : $20 - $30
