As a member of our Hospitality Team, you will be the face of the Woodhouse brand, the first impression a guest has of our spa. Whether a guest visits us to purchase a gift card, book an appointment, learn about our unique transformative services, or embark on a luxurious retreat, you will help facilitate each guest’s time at the spa from beginning to end.

Assisting Guests with Retail Selections
Offering and Suggesting Opportunities for Guests to Extend Service Time
Selling the Guest on the importance in Rebooking their next Treatment
Informing and Promoting New Services to Guests
Dedicated to upholding the Guest Experience Journey with each and every guest that enters the Spa.
Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate :
Closing the Sale
Exceptional hospitality / guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to details.
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organization and time management skills; detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to oversee many projects at one time.
Schedule with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
